Contact details such as name, email, company, and phone number when you submit the contact form or communicate with us.
Project details supplied for network design, including deployment locations, anticipated device counts, and preferred scheduling.
Network telemetry generated by Signal North hardware (bandwidth usage, uptime, hardware health metrics) to troubleshoot and maintain service quality.
Log data and basic analytics (IP address, browser type, referral source) captured via industry-standard web analytics tools.

To scope, quote, and deliver mobile internet rentals and associated professional services.
To provide technical support, monitor network performance, and proactively address incidents.
To send operational updates, invoices, and relevant service communications. Marketing emails are sent only with explicit opt-in and always include an unsubscribe link.
To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements with customers.

We share limited information with trusted partners who assist with payment processing, logistics, or specialized support. These partners agree to handle data securely and only for the contracted purpose.
Signal North may use third-party email and CRM platforms to manage communications. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Customer records are retained for as long as needed to provide Services and meet contractual or legal commitments.
We use access controls, encryption, and monitoring to secure infrastructure. While no system is 100% secure, we continuously review and improve safeguards.
